Where it began
Wyze was formed in 2021, when our director, stakeholders, and the development and design
team came together with a clear view of what the industry was missing. Across Guaranteed
Rent businesses, we kept seeing the same pattern: teams trying to run complex portfolios with
a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected systems, or CRMs that were not built for this
industry. The result was predictable: too much manual admin, too many moving parts, and not
enough day-to-day clarity. Teams couldn’t see what was happening across bookings,
maintenance, compliance, and council payments in one place, it slowed decisions, increased
pressure, and made growth harder.
We set out to build a system for Guaranteed Rent. Not another adapted CRM, but a platform
designed around real workflows and everyday operational demand: clear processes, reliable
data, and a practical interface that teams can use every day without friction.
We planned, tested, and built from the ground up. Wyze is the system you can rely on at 9am
on a Monday, at month-end, and when your portfolio is growing. Engineered on a modern,
scalable architecture with consistent performance in mind, Wyze supports your workflow,
team, and business.
By 2025, Wyze is built, and the first-phase beta is live with early users. With the platform in
place, onboarded clients are able to handle more stock, manage more bookings, respond to
maintenance faster, and run their portfolios with greater control, without increasing headcount
or the usual operational stress. Early users tell us they can’t imagine going back to how they
worked before.
