How to Add Landlord and Tenant Terms and Conditions

Step 1: Access the Organisation Tab 0:00

• Locate the Organisation tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Preferences 0:12

• Click on the Preferences tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: Edit Landlord Contract Terms 0:20

• Find the Landlord Contract section.
• Click on the edit icon next to it.
• Paste your terms and conditions for the landlord contract.
• Click Save to store your changes.

Step 4: Edit Tenancy Contract Terms 0:38

• Locate the Tenancy Contract section.
• Click on the edit icon next to it.
• Paste your terms and conditions for the tenancy contract.
• Click Save to store your changes.

Step 5: Confirmation 0:50

• Your landlord and tenant terms and conditions are now added to you profile.
