- Details & location – Verified address, interactive map, building type, and a media gallery for photos and marketing assets.
- Property information – Bedrooms/bathrooms, room breakdowns, amenities, access info, furnished type, condition, pets, comms/parking, date available, and more.
- Requirements & compliance
- Certificates: EICR, Gas Safety, etc., with issue/expiry dates and file storage.
- Checks: Window restrictors, fire doors, smoke/heat/CO alarms—log results and keep an audit trail.
- Documents: Proof of ownership, building/household insurance, and any landlord paperwork.
