• Property information – Bedrooms/bathrooms, room breakdowns, amenities, access info, furnished type, condition, pets, comms/parking, date available, and more.
• Requirements & compliance
• Utilities & meters – Record stopcock, fuse board, boiler details and capture water, electric, and gas meter readings.
• Management & history – Full timeline of actions across marketing, lettings, and maintenance.
• Contracts & payments – See current/previous agreements, rent schedules, rent arrears , and linked landlord bank info.
