Refused = Contract added to Wyze and landlord has refused to sign the contract

Cancelled = Contract has been ended

Pending = Contract added to Wyze and is pending signature

Vacant = Contract signed and property is vacant

Expiring soon = Contract is expiring in the next month

Expired = Contract has expired

Nurture = When no contract has been added for the landlord
