Maintenance Statuses

• Reported = Only add the description and maintenance type

• Quoting = Everything in reported and add a contractor

• Scheduled = Everything in quoting, and add a date and time for the appointment

• Awaiting payment = Everything in scheduled, add the cost and charge, and complete the job

• Landlord deducting, contractor pending = Everything in awaiting payment and deducted the charge from the landlords rent, contractor unpaid

• Landlord deducting, contractor paid = Everything in awaiting payment and deducted the charge from the landlords rent, contractor paid

• Landlord paid, contractor pending = Everything in awaiting payment and the landlord has paid (either directly or through deducting), contractor unpaid

• Fully settled = All payments settled and job completed

• Cancelled = Cancelled job
