Property Statuses

Vacant = There is no tenant or occupier in the property

Tenanted = There is a tenant and/or occupier in the property

Archived = When a property is archived

Pending = When a contract has been added but not accepted or refused yet

Cancelled = When a contract on the property has been cancelled

Expired = When the end date is in the future

Notice = When the contract has notice served
